The duration of the program offered by the college should be four years. A mandate for this scholarship is to be of 26 years of age or older. The Oregon Student Assistance Commission needs to be contacted in case of applying for the Ford Restart Program Scholarship.

The Children, Adult and Family Services Scholarship is supported by Oregon State Office for Services to Children and Families, and is awarded to high school seniors, GED participants and students of the Independent Living Program. The amount for the scholarship can vary from $500 to $5000, according to the financial need of the student.
