Missouri Minority Teaching Scholarship: The scholarship is open to Missouri residents from the minority (Native American, African, Hispanic and Asian) section. The student must have taken admission in an eligible Missouri institution, in an education program. Certain benchmark test scores are a must to qualify. Those who avail of the scholarship are obliged to teach full-time at a Missouri school for a period of five years, failing which the amount has to be repaid with interest.

Missouri Bankers Foundation Scholarship: Seven scholarships of $500 each are awarded to students pursuing a career in the banking field. The scholarship is provided to high school seniors who are in the process of taking up a full time degree course and majoring in banking. The Missouri Bankers Association awards the scholarships in each of its membership region.

• The Missouri Space Grant Consortium Undergraduate Research Internship: As the name suggests, students who are attending the NASA Missouri Space Grant Consortium affiliate universities can avail of this internship. The students can carry out their own independent research and present the results during an annual meeting. A faculty advisor is present on the campus to supervise the students.
• Missouri Public Service Survivor Grant Program: The scholarship offers aid to spouses or children of public safety officers and Department of Transportation employees, who have died or became disabled while on duty. The applicant must be a Missouri resident, showing fair academic progress, and aged below 24 years. The student must be already admitted in a participating post secondary school, for an undergraduate program on a full-time basis. Those who already have a bachelor’s degree, or wanting to take up courses related to divinity and theology, are not eligible for the grant.
• Missouri Vietnam Veterans Survivor Grant Program: This grant is meant for spouses and children of Vietnam veterans who died due exposure toxic chemicals. The applicants must be residents of Missouri and showing steady academic performance. Admission in a full-time undergraduate course at an eligible post secondary school within the state is required to satisfy the criteria. Like the Missouri Public Service Survivor Grant, this grant too disallows taking up any course related to divinity and theology.

Charles Gallagher Student Financial Assistance Program: This is a need-based grant available for those students who are studying full time at the state university or college. The applicants must be residents of Missouri and are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligible students can get a maximum amount of $1,500.
